Full water immersion sterilization, two sterilization kettles work simultaneously with one hot water tank. After the food in one kettle is processed, the high-temperature treated water can be injected into the hot water tank while the other kettle is working, reducing the loss of treated water and heat, reducing waiting time, and increasing production capacity by twice compared to double-layer sterilization kettles.
